Honeyfund Wallet offers two ways to collect gifts:

*   **Flex Funds**
*   **Branded Gift Card Funds**

### **Flex Funds** 

When guests choose experience items from your registry, the money you receive isn’t tied to a specific purchase. You decide how to use it.

#### How can I redeem Flex Funds?

You can redeem Flex Funds through:

**How to redeem:**

1.  From your [**dashboard**](https://www.honeyfund.com/our-registry/dashboard), select “Redeem” or
2.  Select “View all Gifts”, then select Redeem in the Honeyfund Wallet section of your [**gifts page**](https://www.honeyfund.com/OurRegistry#gifts)**.**

### **Branded Gift Cards** 

If you add specific gift cards like Amazon or Delta to your registry, those gifts are delivered as digital gift cards. You’ll redeem them directly with the brand. Look for the purple “Gift Card” label on your gifts page.

**How to redeem:**

1.  From your dashboard, select View All Gifts in the top-right to open your gifts page.
2.  Click Redeem Gift Card on the gift.

**Are there fees?**

*   Requests to PayPal and Venmo include a 2.2% fee per request to help cover the cost of secure payment delivery.

**Can I send my Honeyfund Wallet gifts to my personal bank account?**

*   No; Honeyfund Wallet and My Bank Account are two separate ways to receive gifts. Because they use different payment processors and aren’t connected, gifts received in your Honeyfund Wallet cannot be moved to a linked bank account.

**When will I receive my Honeyfund Wallet funds?**

*   Honeyfund Prepaid Mastercard® funds are available instantly
*   Branded gift card funds are available instantly
*   PayPal and Venmo requests typically arrive within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays, though some may take up to three business days.
