# How to Receive Honeyfund Gifts > Learn how gifts are received through Honeyfund Wallet or My Bank Account, what each option means, and how to redeem gifts when applicable. Your payment settings determine how gifts are received: * **Honeyfund Wallet** Gifts collect in your account until you choose how to redeem them. * **My Bank Account** Gifts are sent automatically to your bank — no redemption required. You decide how to use it. #### How can I redeem Flex Funds? Look for the purple “Gift Card” label on your Gifts page. **How to redeem:** 1. From your dashboard, select View All Gifts in the top-right to open your Gifts page. 2. Click Redeem Gift Card on the gift. Missed the code? Instead, funds are transferred automatically according to the schedule above. If funds processed through Stripe aren’t transferred to a linked bank account within 120 days, they’re moved to your Honeyfund Wallet, and your balance is secured. Unlike platforms that refund unclaimed funds, Honeyfund keeps your money safe in your account. Only one request may be submitted at a time. Requests must be in U.S. dollars, with a minimum of $100.00 and a maximum of $2,500.00 per request, and a combined lifetime limit of $10,000.00 across both PayPal and Venmo. Availability is limited and subject to approval. Processing typically occurs the next business day, but may take up to five (5) business days.
