# Is there a fee to use the Mastercard?

Honeyfund does **not** charge any fees to add money to your card — it’s completely **fee-free** to load funds.

**However, some fees set by the card issuer may apply:**

*   Foreign transaction fee: 2%
*   Standard plastic card delivery fee: $3.00
*   Expedited plastic card delivery fee: $20.00
*   Lost card replacement fee: $6.95
*   Inactivity fee: $5.95 per month after 6 months of no use

**Inactivity fee details:** If you don’t use your card for 6 months straight, the issuer will charge $5.95 each month until you use the card again or your balance runs out. To avoid this fee, just make a purchase with your card regularly.

**Note:** Delivery of a physical card is optional!
